Responsabilità Coordinate and drive the end-to-end solution cycle with cross-team collaboration
Assess customer needs and position Salesforce as the optimal solution
Demonstrate industry and technology acumen related to Salesforce offerings
Develop and present customized demos and solution concepts to decision-makers
Participate in product, sales, and training activities to stay knowledge-ready
Meet quarterly and annual objectives set by management
Respond to RFPs efficiently
Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle
Engage in internal training and mentorship programs
Requisiti fondamentali Hands-on Salesforce experience
Fluency in Italian and English
Bachelor in Computer Science or related degree
Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies
Proven track record in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training for enterprise software
Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Effective time management in dynamic team environments
Curiosity for technology and knowledge sharing
Willingness to travel occasionally
Knowledge of consumer goods or telco is a plus
