Experience:

EU flight ticket 2 weeks of hotel accommodation Airport pickup Real estate agency fee covered Your Responsibilities As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will: Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems Follow established quality and productivity standards Help customers understand the platform and available features What We're Looking For Fluent Italian
- C1/C2 level English B2+ for training and internal communication Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused and empathetic approach Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications Good attention to detail and accurate data entry Ability to work independently in a remote environment Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team No previous experience required
