About the Role
micro1 is looking for experienced Senior Accountant Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on training and evaluating next-generation AI systems. You'll use your accounting expertise to review, analyze, and provide high-quality feedback on real-world financial content. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
* Review and evaluate financial reports and statements for accuracy and completeness.
* Assess audit procedures, controls, risks, and compliance requirements.
* Create and review financial models for accuracy and business insights.
* Evaluate tax compliance practices and identify potential risks.
* Review legal and financial documents for accuracy, clarity, and regulatory alignment.
* Provide clear,



constructive written and verbal feedback.
* Support AI training through data annotation, evaluation, and quality review. Required Skills

* Strong Analytical & Attention-to-Detail Skills Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years of professional or corporate accounting experience.
* Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, auditing, taxation, and financial analysis.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with data labeling, annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation is a plus.
