and regulatory alignment Define and monitor key risk indicators to address gaps Drive customer-first process improvements and expand self-service options Improve service performance by reducing turnaround times and improving resolution quality Oversee readiness for expansion into new markets or services and coordinate launches Align processes with go-to-market strategies and ensure smooth onboarding and adoption Provide frameworks and resources to enable strong customer outcomes and post-launch optimization Partner with stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives and track outcomes Establish clear goals, metrics, and reporting; act as a strategic partner to leadership Requisiti fondamentali 12+ years of operations experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments (Tech/Fin Tech startup experience a plus) Proven track record in leading and scaling large cross-functional teams KPI-driven with a results orientation Experience in building successful products Background in Fin Tech, management consulting, investment banking, or fast-paced startups Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset High energy and first-principles thinking Strong analytical skills with ability to convert data into actionable insights (SQL a plus) Willingness to collaborate and contribute across teams cross-functional collaboration data-driven decision making proactive problem solving SQL (plus) data-driven analysis product-building experience
