YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate cost reduction initiatives across R&D;, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Production, Quality, and Product Management
- Drive execution of approved initiatives through structured project management practices
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Valuemize platform within the organization;
- coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in the implementation project
- Define governance, roles, responsibilities, and workflows associated with the use of the tool
- Prepare executive reports and management presentations on program status and results
- Establish standard operating procedures and best practices for value management activities

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering or a related technical field
- Project Management certification is preferred
- Previous yearsof professional experience managing complex projects and programs,
- managing cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives
- Experience in cost reduction, value engineering, product cost optimization, or continuous improvement programs
- Experience implementing business processes, digital tools, or enterprise software solutions is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies; p
- ractical experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project or equivalent platforms
- Understanding of product cost structures, business cases, and financial analysis; f
- amiliarity with Value Engineering (VE) and Value Analysis (VA) methodologies
- Fluency in English, Italian and/or German as an advantage

- Total compensation starting from € 52.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievement

Final compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities.
