European Recruitment Manager – Healthcare or Logistics Sector

Location: Main office in Milan, Italy, with travel required across Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced European Recruitment Manager to join our growing team in Milan. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruitment within the healthcare or logistics sector and experience working in an international environment.

The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment process and work closely with our Ireland-based recruitment team, supporting local and international recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews in both Italian and English.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers based in Ireland.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and company standards.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within recruitment systems.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a European Recruitment Manager, preferably within the healthcare or logistics sectors.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within international teams.
