From day one, the role will play a key part in providing technical support for tyre development aimed at supplying major global car manufacturers in the Motorsport segment. /p h3YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES /h3 ul liDeveloping finite element models using Abaqus to simulate static and dynamic properties of tyres in a Motorsport environment; /li liUsing the principles of tyre mechanics for tyre design purposes; /li liAnalyzing indoor and outdoor test results; /li liCollaborating with cross-functional teams across the company to effectively collect and share information.

/li /ul h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; /li li1–3 years of professional experience in Product Development and/or FEA/FEM methodologies; /li liFluency in English and Italian; /li liGood knowledge of software required for the definition of a FEM model (experience with Abaqus or similar software such as Ansys, Patran, Nastran or Marc); /li liGood knowledge of Matlab and Python; /li liKnowledge of other Programming Languages, such as C++, will be considered a plus. /li /ul h3WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION /h3 ul liA strong passion for Motorsport, with curiosity and enthusiasm for a fast-paced and high-performance environment. /li liPrevious Experience in FEM or Product Development. /li liExcellent Teamwork attitude. /li liStrong Problem-Solving skills. /li /ul h3COMPENSATION PACKAGE /h3 ul liThe employment contract will be regulated by “Gomma Plastica” National Collective Bargaining Agreement /li liThe gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than 30.500,00 Euro. /li liThe Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications. /li liThe position’s compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
