Only candidates with prior Flight Physics working experience in Aerospace will be considered

Model: Fully Onsite

Scope: Tempo pieno

Location: Basel, Switzerland

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of flight physics engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
- Hands-on experience in aircraft design/systems integration and development in Flight Physics
- Meet all technical objectives and maintain quality standards
- Drive the development, validation, and application of flight physics models, simulations, and analytical tools.
- Interface with systems engineering, design, structures, controls, and test teams to ensure cohesive technical solutions.
- Plan and execute budgets with schedules, resource and cost perspectives
- Provide technical leadership in design reviews, trade studies,



and program milestones.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Aerospace or Space Engineering
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in aircraft design/systems integration and development in Flight Physics
- Strong understanding of FAR/CS-23 or FAR/CR-25 certification regulations
- Proven leadership experience in managing a team
