pbRichiesto: /bbr/Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering bSede: /b San Piero in Bagno bSampierana S.p.A. /b, a privately-owned Italian company that specializes in the development, manufacturing and commercialization of earthmoving machines, undercarriages and spare parts, has an opening for a bVehicle Embedded Software /b. bWorking location: San Piero in Bagno (Italy) /b bLanguage: Can speak and write fluent Italian and English. /b /p h3MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: /h3 pThe resource, reporting to the Manufacturing Process Engineer leader, will be responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, supporting activities and initiatives aimed at improving the industrial performance of the site, particularly by eliminating waste, improving flexibility, labor efficiency, and service level. /p h3JOB DESCRIPTION: /h3 ul liSupport the success of process improvement initiatives by implementing policies, procedures, and process documentation, and coordinating with the various functions involved. /li liContribute to the transformation of the plant, technology transfer, and continuous maintenance of value streams. /li liContribute to the implementation of demand-driven production fundamentals and strategies that support operational excellence and long-term plans (flexibility, speed,



and responsiveness). /li liHelp ensure that product, material, and information flows are synchronized to produce maximum efficiency and minimum operating cost, by designing and leading the realization of line service carts and workstations. /li liWork closely with production personnel to promote continuous improvement of production methods, systems, and controls. /li liMonitor and supervise methodological correctness in project development, efficient use of resources, and robustness of results with the aim of providing timely feedback to the involved structures. /li liAct as a facilitator of change management, implementation of major improvement programs, and effective measurement of Key Performance Indicators. /li /ul h3EDUCATION /h3 pBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. /p h3PERSONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS /h3 ul liGood knowledge of Lean principles and CAD software; /li liCommunication and interpersonal skills; /li liProblem solving skills; /li liOrganizational skills and proactivity; /li liAbility to work in a team; /li liKnowledge of line balancing and ergonomic principles. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
