Working closely with Market Access, Medical, Commercial, and Public Affairs teams, you will build strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, monitor regional healthcare developments, and contribute to market access initiatives that improve outcomes for patients and healthcare systems. /p h3How You’ll Spend Your Day /h3 ul lipImplement regional market access and stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with national objectives. /p /li lipBuild and maintain relationships with regional healthcare authorities, payers, hospital pharmacists, and other key stakeholders. /p /li lipSupport pricing, reimbursement, tender, and formulary access activities at regional and local levels. /p /li lipMonitor healthcare policy developments and identify opportunities to improve patient access. /p /li lipGather and communicate regional insights to support strategic decision-making. /p /li lipCollaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical, Commercial, and Public Affairs teams. /p /li lipSupport product launches and lifecycle management activities from a market access perspective. /p /li lipEnsure all activities are conducted in line with applicable regulations, compliance requirements, and company policies. /p /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul lippreferred residence in Puglia /p /li lipThis is a fully field-based role (5/5 days in the field),



requiring regular travel within the assigned territory /p /li /ul h3Your Skills and Experience /h3 h3Background /h3 ul lipUniversity degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, Healthcare Management, Political Science, or a related field. /p /li lipExperience in Market Access, KAM, Healthcare Relations, or a field-based role within the pharmaceutical industry. /p /li lipGood understanding of the Italian National and Regional Healthcare Systems. /p /li lipKnowledge of pricing, reimbursement, market access pathways, and tender processes. /p /li lipFluent Italian and English. /p /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul lipStakeholder engagement and relationship management. /p /li lipMarket access and healthcare system knowledge. /p /li lipStrong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. /p /li lipStrategic thinking and business acumen. /p /li lipCross-functional collaboration and execution excellence. /p /li lipStrong commitment to compliance and ethical standards. /p /li /ul h3Salary Range /h3 ul lithe target salary for this position is €73,300.00 gross annual salary; however, the final compensation package may vary depending on the candidate's seniority, experience, and qualifications. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pAt Teva, we believe that well-being begins with people.
