We’re looking for people who love being part of a diverse, global team – and who get excited about making a real-world impact with data. /ph3Job description /h3ulli10+ years of experience in project and program management within the railway industry, with a strong focus on digital transformation, operational excellence, and technology-enabled business change. /liliLead end-to-end delivery of rail digitalization initiatives, including asset management, maintenance optimization, smart operations, fleet management, condition monitoring, enterprise platforms, cloud, data, AI, IoT, and connected railway solutions. /liliManage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across railway operators, infrastructure managers, rolling stock organizations, engineering teams, and technology providers. /liliServe as the primary customer-facing interface for project governance, executive reporting, steering committees, planning workshops, and stakeholder management. /liliCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across business consulting, engineering, software development, systems integration, testing, commissioning, and operational support. /liliDrive project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, issue resolution, change control, and dependency management throughout the project lifecycle. /liliSupport digital transformation programs across railway operations, maintenance, fleet, depot, signaling, asset performance, and enterprise transformation initiatives. /liliCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps, business cases, operational improvements, and technology adoption strategies. /liliEnsure successful delivery of projects involving cloud, data, analytics, AI, IoT, enterprise applications, and industrial digital solutions within railway environments. /liliSupport commercial discussions,
