You’ll be joining over 350 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations and security: fueled by curiosity, experimentation and collaboration, you’ll help deliver scalable, impactful solutions that shape the future of insurance. /p h3Excited to make an impact? Here are the details /h3 h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liLead end-to-end infrastructure programs (planning, execution, tracking, and reporting), helping engineering teams break down large initiatives into manageable deliverables, milestones, and measurable outcomes. /li liProactively manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and escalation paths, maintaining clear visibility into program health, ownership, and resource constraints while driving timely decisions /li liAlign Infrastructure, Security, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams while facilitating planning sessions and operational reviews that improve delivery, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and create alignment around shared goals. /li liUse delivery metrics and tooling data (e.g. Jira, YouTrack, adoption metrics, operational KPIs) to identify bottlenecks,
improve engineering workflows, and measure the impact of platform initiatives. /li liOwn engagement with third-party infrastructure vendors, managing contract renewals, budgeting/forecasting, and coordinating compliance reviews (e.g., DORA, GDPR, security assessments). /li liFacilitate planning sessions, technical workshops, operational reviews, and on-site collaboration to improve alignment, decision making, knowledge sharing, and execution across engineering teams. /li liBring clarity to complex infrastructure initiatives by defining ownership, success criteria, priorities, and execution plans. Help teams navigate ambiguity, remove delivery friction, and maintain momentum across multiple stakeholders. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liProven Experience in Technical Program Management, Infrastructure Program Management, or Technical Project Management roles. /li liStrong understanding of infrastructure and platform engineering environments, with the ability to work effectively alongside engineers, engineering managers, product managers, security teams, and technical leadership. /li liSolid understanding of agile delivery methodologies, engineering execution practices, and managing complex cross-functional technical programs. /li liDeep hands‑on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as YouTrack, Jira, and Confluence. /li liExceptional communication,
organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence without authority, create alignment across teams, and provide clear executive‑level reporting. /li /ul h3Nice-to-have /h3 ul liFamiliarity with AWS (or other cloud providers), Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, observability tooling, networking, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS). /li liA formal technical or engineering background (e.g., previous experience as an engineer, sysadmin, or DevOps). /li liExperience driving operational excellence, SRE practices, engineering effectiveness, or platform adoption through measurable outcomes /li liExperience working with globally distributed engineering teams. /li /ul p€55,000 - €85,000 a year /p h3Why you’ll love it here /h3 h3Work Your Way: /h3 pEnjoy full flexibility – work from home, the office or a mix of both.
