pWe’re looking for an Account Executive to join VANTYX. /ppIn this role, you will manage sales opportunities from first conversation to closing, working closely with the Sales Director and the team. /ppWe are looking for someone with strong commercial skills, a results-oriented mindset and the autonomy to manage costumer relationships and sales opportunities end-to-end. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3pYou will be responsible for: /pulliManaging sales opportunities from discovery to negotiation and closing. /liliUnderstanding costumer needs and positioning VANTYX’s solutions accordingly. /liliConducting discovery calls, product presentations, demos and commercial negotiations. /liliBuilding relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within medium and large companies. /liliPreparing commercial proposals and managing negotiations through contract signature. /liliManaging the sales pipeline and revenue forecast. /liliProactively identifying and developing new business opportunities. /liliWorking closely with the Sales Director, Marketing and RD on commercial initiatives and market feedback. /li /ulh3Job Requirements /h3ulli3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, Account Executive, Business Development or a similar commercial role. /liliProven experience managing sales opportunities and closing B2B deals. /liliExperience selling to medium and large companies. /liliStrong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. /liliFluency in both Italian and English.
/liliComfortable working with CRM tools, sales pipelines and performance metrics. /liliStrong interest in technology, SaaS and Artificial Intelligence. /li /ulpExperience, SaaS or technology environment is a plus. /ppExperience generating new business opportunities independently is a plus. /ph3Competencies /h3ulliStrong commercial mindset and results orientation. /liliExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills. /liliHighly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities /liliProactive and able to take ownership of the sales process. /liliHands-on and comfortable moving from discovery to negotiation and closing. /liliCurious and able to quickly understand costumer needs and new technologies. /li /ulh3Growth /h3pAs VANTYX grows, the Account Executive will have the opportunity to take increasing ownership of the sales pipeline, key accounts and commercial initiatives. /ph3Working Model Benefits /h3ulliHybrid working model: 2 days per week in our Vimercate (MB) office and 3 days remote. /lili€ 10,00 meal voucher for each working day. /liliAccess to the VANTYX Stock Option Plan. /li /ulh3Compensation /h3ulliRAL: € 35.000 – 45.000, depending on experience. /liliSuccess fee based on commercial results, to be defined according to experience. /liliRetention Plan. /liliAnnual premio subject to company results. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
