A talent search and selection company offers an internship in Turin, focusing on recruitment and HR consulting.

The intern will be responsible for:

- Researching and identifying professional profiles
- Screening CVs and evaluating applications
- Supporting headhunting activities
- Contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
- Updating recruitment databases and reports
- Collaborating with the team on search and selection projects

Requirements:

- Master’s in Human Resources
- University degree
- Excellent command of English
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, proactive and goal-oriented mindset
- Accuracy, independence and ability to work in a team
