You’ll drive operational excellence across a global organization by leveraging data, technology, and business systems to improve logistics performance, support decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.

The Impact You’ll Make

- Deliver valuable insights that improve logistics and warehouse performance.
- Enhance business applications and reporting tools that support daily operations.
- Enable data-driven decision-making through accurate KPIs and dashboards.
- Drive continuous process improvements that increase efficiency and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

- Develop, maintain, and improve internal applications used by the ITA Hub.
- Design and support MySQL databases and PHP-based business solutions.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI and Excel.
- Monitor logistics and warehouse performance, including carrier and cost management metrics.




- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize processes and implement improvements.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot business systems and operational issues when required.
