The role is based at the Mappano offices, where the candidate will work alongside their team of three: two specialized maintenance technicians, primarily responsible for maintenance activities at the production facility, and one administrative coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating routine and extraordinary maintenance activities across GROM’s stores in Italy. /ph3What you'll be responsible for /h3ulliManagement of technical trials for innovation projects and participation in related meetings with Engineering teams.



/liliCoordination of suppliers and management of maintenance activities at the production facility. /liliManagement of spare parts, maintenance and purchasing orders through Coupa, as well as invoice processing through CORA. /liliSAP key user responsibilities, troubleshooting and user account management. /liliCoordination of Quality activities, participation in regular meetings and management of non-conformities. /liliPlanning, updating and management of the maintenance plan. /liliMonitoring CAPEX investments. /liliManagement of digital tools and automated workflows using Forms, Power Automate and Microsoft Lists. /liliResponsibility for Machinery Safety and local security as Local Security Officer, including management of video surveillance access. /liliManagement of supplier onboarding and account enablement. /liliCoordination of routine and extraordinary maintenance activities across Italian retail stores. /liliManagement of purchase orders for retail maintenance and spare parts through NetSuite. /liliCoordination of purchasing activities, provision of technical support, site inspections and follow‑up for store remodeling projects. /liliProvide support for the brand’s store remodelling activities across Italy. /li /ulh3What you'll get /h3ulliMarket‑competitive pay (Range € 31758,61 - € 42.000)
