At Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Bartender to join our incredible team at The Organics SkyGarden, our rooftop bar with stunning panoramic views over Milan, where signature cocktails, contemporary flavors, and a vibrant atmosphere come together to create unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a friendly, professional and engaging manner.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the cocktail menu and beverage offerings.
- Take orders accurately and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience of at least 2 years as a Bartender or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, wines and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
- Valid Italian work permit.
