The result: a project you can point to with pride, helping shape a more sustainable future for logistics through rail. /ppbYour responsibilities: /b /pulliLead the day-to-day execution of railway infrastructure projects in Italy, acting as the primary project manager and company representative on site. /liliDevelop, coordinate, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans to ensure successful project delivery. /liliCoordinate closely with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, planners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, scope, schedule, and deliverables. /liliOversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and technical requirements. /liliMonitor and control project performance, including budget, schedule, resources, risks, and scope, implementing corrective actions where required. /liliIdentify, assess, and resolve project issues and risks, driving practical solutions to maintain project progress.
/liliPrepare and maintain accurate project reporting, providing regular updates on progress, risks, costs, and key milestones to management. /liliBuild and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders while representing the company in a professional manner. /liliIdentify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements to support project profitability and operational excellence. /liliImplement and utilize Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodologies to enhance project coordination, collaboration, and visualization. /liliMaintaining strong and positive relationships with the relevant local authorities and municipalities /liliAssistance with land-related clarifications with local authorities and RFI. /liliAssistance with building permit procedure /liliAssistance in technical Site DD for upcoming Italian CargoBeamer locations /li /ulpbYour Background Skills /b /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project; experience with iTWO and SAP is an advantage. /liliFluent in Italian with professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); German language skills are an advantage. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
