h3Essential Job Functions: /h3 /brul /brliAssist in the development and execution of the sales enablement strategy, focusing on alignment with sales objectives. /li /brliContribute to the design and delivery of sales training programs, assisting with content development. /li /brliWork closely with sales leadership to assess training needs, prioritize areas for improvement, and implement solutions. /li /brliAnalyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes and provide recommendations. /li /brliMay manage a team of sales enablement professionals, offering guidance and support. /li /brliParticipate in the selection and implementation of sales enablement technology solutions. /li /brliCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales enablement programs. /li /brliMonitor and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives to senior management. /li /br /ul /brh3Basic Qualifications: /h3 /brul /brliBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience /li /brliTypically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role /li /brliProven experience in sales and sales enablement /li /brliProficiencies in sales strategy, training,
