A is focused on the development and manufacturing of anticancer drugs with high potency and cytotoxitc characteristics for the Pharmaceuticals Industry. /p pBSP has been at the forefront in the fight agains cancer since 2006. /p pInnovation is the hallmark of BSP with investments in new technologies and production methods in a high containment plant. /p pWe are one of the most important Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMOs) for anticancer drugs. /p pCOME FOR SCIENCE. STAY FOR PURPOSE. /p pWe are currently looking for a Cyber Security Manager - that will mainly ensure: /p ul liDefine and maintain the company’s cyber security strategy. /li liDevelop and update security policies, standards and procedures. /li liManage the cyber risk assessment and risk mitigation plan. /li liImplement and manage security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2). /li liCoordinate vulnerability assessments and penetration tests. /li liOversee security systems such as: /li /ul ul liFirewalls /li liIDS/IPS /li liEDR/XDR /li liSIEM /li liEmail security /li liWeb security /li liPAM and IAM /li /ul ul liManage cyber security incidents and coordinate incident response activities. /li liMonitor security metrics and prepare regular reports for management. /li liEnsure compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001 and other sector-specific regulations). /li liDefine and deliver security awareness programmes for staff. /li liCoordinate internal teams and external suppliers. /li liManage budgets, investments and the technology roadmap. /li liWork with senior management to define strategic priorities and improvement plans.



/li liDefine KPIs and SLAs relating to security and networking services. /li liSupport internal and external audits. /li liProvide regular updates to the IT Director, COO or Senior Management on the level of cyber risk and the status of the infrastructure. /li /ul h3Main Requirements: /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security or related fields; /li li8+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Security Operations and/or GRC; /li liKnowledge of NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST frameworks; /li liExperience in Vulnerability Management, Security Monitoring and Incident Management; /li liExcellent knowledge of TCP/IP network architectures. /li liIn-depth knowledge of: /li /ul ul liNext-generation firewalls /li liVPNs and Zero Trust technologies /li liNetwork segmentation /li liSIEM and SOC /li liEndpoint security /li liCloud security /li /ul ul liExperience in managing security and migration in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. /li liKnowledge of the principles of Identity Access Management. /li liExperience with monitoring and network management systems. /li liStrong managerial skills, risk-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude; /li liCybersecurity certifications will be considered a plus; /li /ul pActual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
