Job Description
Representation of the assigned area
Safe and independent management of the station
Receiving guest requests and suggestions
Advising guests on menu selection and requests
Information and explanation on the method of preparation, consequently prior consultation with the kitchen
Breakfast, lunch and dinner service each with mis en place, table service and subsequent cleaning work
Your profile
a completed apprenticeship in the gastronomy
experience in the upscale gastronomy
command of the German and Italian language as well as knowledge of English
well-groomed appearance and good manners
absolute guest and service orientation
Friendliness and willingness to help
Good wine knowledge
team and communication skills as well as reliability
passion for the profession
Worth knowing




Choice between 5 / 5.5 or 6-day week
Salary above the collective - depending on qualifications

the proposed monthly salary (seasonal employment/full-time) ranges from € 1,993,35 to € 2,****** gross; placement within this salary range is determined on the basis of education, professional experience and specialist skills, in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the Accommodation Sector, Category H (negotiable).
