pWe are looking for a bPlanner /b for our pipeline project in Italy. The role is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling EPC project schedules, ensuring that timelines and resources are managed effectively and in line with contractual and company objectives. /p pYou will report to the Project Control function and work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain the project master schedule using MS Project and/or Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones. /li liDefine the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and set up progress measurement and reporting procedures according to contract requirements and company standards. /li liPrepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including variance analysis. /li liWork with Engineering and Document Control to keep the EDMS updated and aligned with the engineering schedule. /li liSupport the Procurement team with the Procurement Status Report (PSR) and schedule updates. /li liCollaborate with Construction to maintain the construction schedule. /li liCoordinate with Cost Control to align time and cost data. /li liTake part in internal and external progress meetings, providing schedule analysis and proposing corrective actions where needed.



/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience as a planner or project engineer on EPC or complex industrial projects. /li liGood understanding of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning phases. /li liStrong knowledge of MS Project (Primavera P6 is a plus). /li liFamiliarity with ERP systems and integrated project control tools (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards, EDMS). /li liUnderstanding of progress calculation methods and Earned Value Management (EVM). /li liAbility to analyze critical paths and schedule risks. /li liGood communication and teamwork abilities. /li liGood written and spoken English. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pconstruction site located in central Italy /p pThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
