In this role, you will oversee the development, day-to-day operational maintenance, and first/second-level support of our HR systems. You will ensure seamless process execution, data accuracy and an optimal user experience across all HR platforms. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liPerform routine maintenance and configurations on Talentia HCM modules (e.g., master data management, workflows, roles/users, training courses, and performance processes); /li liContribute to the implementation and rollout of new functionalities; /li liEnsure HR data quality and integrity through periodic audits, data cleansing activities, and ongoing monitoring; /li liCreate, update, and optimize reports based on HR and management requirements; /li liMonitor and troubleshoot integrations between the HRIS and other business systems (e.g., payroll, Active Directory, expense management platforms); /li liProvide support to HR users and employees regarding system usage and functionality; /li liMaintain updated documentation on system configurations and HR processes. /li /ul h3WHO you are /h3 ul liDegree or diploma in Human Resources, Information Technology,
