h3CSA Supervisor – Data Centre /h3h3About the opportunity /h3pPeoItaly, an employment agency authorized by the Italian Ministry of Labour, is conducting this search on behalf of a confidential international general contractor delivering mission-critical Data Centre projects across Europe. /ppThe selected candidates will be employed directly by the client and join the site-delivery team responsible for a major Data Centre development in the Milan area. /ppThis is an excellent opportunity for experienced CSA Supervisor who enjoy being close to construction activities and coordinating people, priorities and work areas. The role will turn drawings and programmes into safe, organised and achievable daily activities across Civil, Structural and Architectural packages. /ppThe CSA Supervisor will maintain a clear view of site progress, workmanship and upcoming constraints while coordinating subcontractors and resolving interfaces with Engineering, MEP, QA/QC and EHS teams. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliPlan and coordinate daily Civil, Structural and Architectural construction activities. /liliOrganise subcontractors, trades, access requirements and available work areas. /liliCommunicate drawings, specifications, priorities and quality expectations to site teams. /liliVerify that completed work complies with approved drawings, specifications and project standards. /liliIdentify and help resolve construction issues, design queries and multidisciplinary interfaces. /liliCoordinate closely with Engineering and MEP teams to prevent clashes and sequencing conflicts. /liliMonitor labour, productivity, resources and progress against programme requirements. /liliHighlight emerging delays,



access restrictions and resource constraints to site management. /liliContribute to short-term look-ahead planning and construction sequencing. /liliCoordinate inspections, snagging activities and punch-list closure. /liliMaintain accurate site records, progress information and completion documentation. /liliSupport the preparation and handover of completed areas and work packages. /liliPromote compliance with EHS procedures and safe working practices. /liliWork collaboratively with Planning, QA/QC, EHS and project-management teams. /li /ulh3Candidate profile /h3pWe are interested in candidates with: /pulliA technical qualification, trade certification or degree relevant to Civil, Structural or Architectural construction. /liliAt least seven years of experience on large-scale CSA construction projects. /liliProven experience supervising site teams, trades and specialist subcontractors. /liliThe ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and project programmes. /liliA practical understanding of construction sequencing, resource requirements and short-term planning. /liliKnowledge of QA/QC documentation, inspections, snagging and completion processes. /liliThe ability to identify site constraints and coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces.
