This role is eligible for international relocation. You will be a key player of Customer Marketing team and is responsible for the development and implementation of commercial activities, according to Regional Country Group Category Strategies, working closely with the sales team in Italy to achieve turnover market share targets. /ph3Задачи /h3ulliResponsible for Net Sales, Market Shares and execution KPIs for assigned categories. /liliDefine the category plan and strategy in terms of launches, distribution, promotions and oversee local tracking to achieve the business objectives. /liliProject management on NPDs to ensure timely efficient go to market. /liliSellout data analysis: market share, distribution, promo performance, competitors’ activities. /liliImplementing Consumer and Trade Promotion plans. /liliManaging the relationship with suppliers and other partners (cooperation with regional and local partners). /liliWorking with Sales Team to ensure all distribution and display initiatives are timely and properly executed.



/liliResponsible for artwork/labels and POS promo packs materials development. /liliDeveloping trade presentations leveraging regional materials. /liliCollaborate with Regional team on branding and media campaigns roll out. /li /ulh3Требования /h3ulliGraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar. /liliCommercial background with at least 3 years in Trade Marketing/ Marketing in a multinational FMCG company. /liliE-commerce experience would be a plus. /liliFluent both in English and Italian. /liliExperience using market data (e.g., AC Nielsen). /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools is an advantage. /liliStrong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across function. /liliProblem solver, high level of autonomy. /liliHighly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. /liliStrong analytical skills and attention to details. /liliDemonstrate dynamism and curiosity. /liliFull Time: 36 Hours per week (8 Hours from Monday to Thursday, 4 Hours Friday). /liliOffice work environment: Remote work available once a week. /liliWill be in the same office with Italian Category Teams (Arese). /liliOpen office. /li /ulh3Условия /h3pWe offer an excellent opportunity for career development and progression,
