As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Your Key Responsibilities- Definition of the sales budget of customers in the area / sector of competence and monitoring to achieve it- Responsibility for turnover and customer margin in the area / sectors of competence- Implementation of sales strategies- Implementation of sales campaigns- Development of new applications and Project Management- Participation in the administrative management of defaulting customers- Technical-commercial support to customers in their area of expertise- Acquisition of new customers and / or new applications- Promotion and presentation of Schaeffler products / services to customers- Be able to present/sell the whole Schaeffler product and service solution portfolio- Gathering information on competitor sales policies- Reporting and wide use of Schaeffler's CRM- Strategic account planning and territory development- Customer relationship management at senior stakeholder level- Consultative selling- Promote customer intimacy and long-term partnershipsYour Qualifications- Degree in Industrial Engineering- Experience in selling mechanical / power transmission components to OEM / MRO customers- Experience in Defense field- Experience in Chemical, Pharma field as a plus- Good knowledge of English language- Proficient in common software packages and social platforms (i.E.
