You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together. /ph3Our Team, Your Impact /h3pAs Senior Manager MSL Lead, you will lead and develop the Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) team to maximize Teva's value proposition through high-quality scientific exchange, evidence generation, medical expertise, and strategic engagement with the healthcare community, preparing for the launch of new products and supporting established specialty products already on the market, initially within the neurology and psychiatry therapeutic areas. You will drive Medical Affairs field activities, ensure scientific excellence and compliance, and build long-term partnerships that contribute to better outcomes for patients. /ph3How You’ll Spend Your Day /h3pIn alignment with Teva Italy Medical Affairs strategy, the Senior Manager MSL Lead is responsible for: /pulliLeading, coaching, and developing the MSL team. /liliDriving medical and scientific education initiatives. /liliOverseeing stakeholder mapping and KOL engagement. /liliSupporting CSS (Company sponsored studies), ISS (Investigator Sponsored Studies) e CRS (Collaborative Research Studies) /liliProviding medical support to cross-functional activities. /liliManaging medical insights and scientific information. /liliEnsuring medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance excellence. /liliRepresenting Medical Affairs at scientific congresses and meetings. /liliDeveloping strategic relationships with KOLs, healthcare decision-makers, and scientific societies. /liliProviding balanced and evidence-based scientific information on disease areas, products, and pipeline assets. /liliSupporting Advisory Boards and Expert Meetings. /liliCollaborating with Medical Affairs, Market Access,



Commercial, Marketing, Regulatory, and Sales teams. /liliLeading training and capability-building initiatives across the MSL organization. /liliEnsuring active participation in local, national, and international congresses and disseminating key scientific insights throughout the organization. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3ulliField-based role with a hybrid working pattern: 4 days per week in the field and 1 day per week in the office. /liliPreferred residence in Lombardy (Lombardia) /li /ulh3Your Skills and Experience /h3h3Background /h3ulliDegree in Medicine, Pharmacy (PharmD), Medical or Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or an equivalent healthcare discipline. /liliMinimum 10 years of experience in Medical Affairs (or MSL) within the pharmaceutical industry. /liliPrevious experience as an MSL Manager, with at least 5 years of leadership experience preferred. /liliPreferred experience in the neurology and psychiatry therapeutic areas. /liliProven people leadership and team development experience. /liliStrong understanding of clinical research methodologies and healthcare systems. /liliFluent Italian and English. /li /ulh3Competencies /h3ulliStrategic Leadership /liliScientific Excellence and Credibility /liliCustomer and Stakeholder Focus /liliExcellence in Execution /liliCollaboration and Influencing /liliCoaching and Talent Development /liliBusiness Acumen and Change Management /li /ulh3Salary Range /h3ulliThe target salary for this position is €82.500 gross annual salary; however, the final compensation package may vary depending on the candidate's seniority, experience, and qualifications /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliHealth insurance: fully covered by the company,
