pJob Overview Our Maintenance Department is looking for a Technician to join the team. This position calls for a dynamic, career-oriented individual who is eager to develop their career within our Maintenance Department. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliGeneral Maintenance: Perform routine technical repairs and fault finding across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. /liliTimely Execution: Carry out maintenance tasks and repairs in a timely and professional manner to ensure seamless daily operations. /liliRoutine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems as directed by management. /liliReporting , Follow-up: Report issues and follow up on work orders and maintenance requests through the appropriate channels. /liliTroubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues efficiently. /liliPreventive Maintenance: Support preventive maintenance programs and assist with maintaining HVAC, lighting, and water systems. /liliEquipment Maintenance: Ensure all kitchen, laundry,
