Overview

In this role you lead Teva’s Medical Science Liaison team to strengthen scientific exchange, evidence generation, and strategic engagement with healthcare stakeholders. You’ll support product launches and ongoing specialty medicines, initially in neurology and psychiatry, while ensuring medical excellence and regulatory compliance. You will shape field medical activities, build long-term KOL partnerships, and collaborate across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, and Regulatory to improve patient outcomes.

Responsabilità

- Lead, coach and develop the MSL team to achieve medical affairs objectives
- Drive medical and scientific education initiatives for field teams
- Oversee stakeholder mapping and engagement with KOLs and scientific societies
- Support Company Sponsored Studies (CSS), Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS) and Collaborative Research Studies (CRS)
- Provide medical support to cross-functional activities and ensure timely medical insights
- Ensure medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance excellence in all activities




- Represent Medical Affairs at scientific congresses and meetings
- Develop strategic relationships with healthcare decision-makers and scientific communities
- Deliver balanced, evidence-based information on diseases, products, and pipeline assets
- Support Advisory Boards and Expert Meetings
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, Marketing, Regulatory, and Sales teams
- Lead training and capability-building across the MSL organization
- Ensure active participation in congresses and disseminate scientific insights throughout the organization

Requisiti fondamentali

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Medical Affairs or MSL within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years as an MSL Manager
- Strong background in neurology and psychiatry is preferred
- Fluent Italian and English
- Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies and healthcare systems
- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or related healthcare discipline
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a field-based environment
