The role is primarily focused on VMware virtualization, Windows Servers and networking. We are looking for a hands-on professional with 3-5 years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Ensures the reliability, security and continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure, supporting systems, networks and datacenter services across the organization /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pbInfrastructure Operations /b /p ul liAdminister Windows Servers and Azure virtual machines in a hybrid environment. /li liMonitor infrastructure availability, performance and capacity; troubleshoot incidents and service disruptions. /li liSupporting patching systems, security hardening, vulnerability remediation,



backups and restore testing. /li liSupport infrastructure recovery, business continuity and security incident response activities. /li liSupport internal users on infrastructure issues /li /ul pbNetwork Administration /b /p ul liSupport Cisco-based LAN and wireless infrastructure, including switches and access points. /li liTroubleshoot connectivity and network performance issues and maintain accurate diagrams and configuration records. /li /ul pbVirtualization Datacenter /b /p ul liAdminister and maintain VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, virtual machines, clusters, storage and networking. /li liManage VMware lifecycle activities, upgrades, patching, capacity planning, performance tuning and disaster recovery readiness. /li liContribute to datacenter modernization, infrastructure assessments and technology refresh projects, coordinating with vendors when required. /li /ul pbDocumentation Compliance /b /p ul liMaintain operational procedures, architecture diagrams, configuration records and asset information. /li liSupport IT governance, audit and compliance activities in collaboration with the Cybersecurity team.



/li /ul h3Required Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong hands-on experience with VMware. /li liExperience with Windows Server roles and Active Directory management. /li liWorking knowledge of Cisco networking and core services such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi. /li liUnderstanding of backup, disaster recovery, infrastructure security and patch management. /li liStrong troubleshooting, documentation and English communication skills. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liMicrosoft Azure knowledge /li liExperience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Entra ID /li liKnowledge of MS SharePoint Online and MS Teams management. /li liKnowledge of Fortinet firewalls systems /li liSSO, SAML and identity federation. /li liSupporting Infrastructure Service Manager on license management lifecycle /li /ul h3Education Experience /h3 ul liDegree or technical diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. /li li3-5 years of hands-on experience in system administration or IT infrastructure operations. /li liExperience supporting business-critical infrastructure in an international or multi-site environment is a plus. /li /ul h3Success Criteria (First 12 Months) /h3 ul liBecome autonomous in daily VMware, Windows Server and infrastructure operations. /li liImprove platform stability, security, recoverability and documentation quality. /li liParticipate in infrastructure modernization, migration and technology refresh projects. /li /ul p€40,000 - €48,000 a year /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
