pWe're looking for a bPerformance Marketer /b to join Cubbit on a freelance basis and help us turn ad spend into qualified pipeline. /ppYou’ll work closely with the bMarketing team /b, taking ownership of our paid campaigns across bLinkedIn, Google, and beyond /b—finding what converts, and scaling it. Your work will directly power the top of the funnel for our bSales team /b, so a sharp eye for lead quality (not just volume) matters as much as performance metrics. /ph3bWhat You’ll Do /b /h3ulliManage and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn (lead gen) and Google (SEM), exploring other channels where relevant. /liliOwn performance end-to-end: targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, and bidding strategy. /liliRead the data, find what's converting, kill what isn't, and scale what works. /liliContinuously test new audiences, formats, and messaging to improve lead quality and cost efficiency. /liliWork closely with Marketing and Sales to make sure the leads you generate are the leads Sales actually needs to close. /li /ulh3bWhat You’ll Need /b /h3ulliProven experience managing and scaling paid campaigns, especially on Google and LinkedIn. /liliData-driven approach: comfortable reading performance data and making fast,



informed decisions. /liliSpeed and autonomy—you don't need much hand-holding to move from insight to action. /liliBased in Italy. /li /ulh3bBonus Points /b /h3ulliExperience marketing B2B SaaS products, particularly in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data storage, or enterprise software. /liliPrevious experience in a startup or high-growth scale-up environment. /liliFamiliarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms. /li /ulh3bProfile Mindset /b /h3pYou're data-obsessed and move fast. You don't wait for a perfect brief: you test, read the numbers, and iterate. You're comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end and reporting on what's working (and what isn't).
