So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too. /ph3Technology Area Leader San Bonifacio (VR) /h3h3Mission /h3pDevelopment of new technologies for brazed heat exchangers, typically used in Air conditioning, Heat Pump, Data Center and Refrigeration applications. Translation of customer long term needs into RD requirement. Participate in decision making in projects with major impact on technology, in order to optimize performance and increase customer value. /ph3Key tasks /h3ulliAnalyze customer applications to identify opportunities for product and process innovation /liliParticipate in Technology Development project as part of cross-functional project team with focus on the thermal aspects /liliThermal prognosis and analysis, thermal test specification, evaluations and problem solving are typical tasks. /liliCFD Simulations involving heat transfer between fluids in 1ph- and 2ph flows (evaporation/condensation) /liliSpecify, follow tests and evaluate test results in our 2-phase test laboratory /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including RD, Product Management, Sales,



and Manufacturing, to translate customer needs into technical solutions. /liliOptimize product performance and value through innovative design and process improvements /liliStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to heat exchangers. /liliIdentify and pursue innovation opportunities within product and process development /liliPrepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. /liliSupport knowledge sharing and competence development within the organization. /liliInternational collaboration (mainly Sweden). /li /ulh3Competencies /h3ulliCustomer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and address specific application requirements. /liliSolid technical knowledge in heat exchanger design and technology /liliKnowledge of heat transfer and thermodynamics /liliCreative thinker with strong problem-solving skills /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities Fluent in English, both written and spoken. /liliAbility to work effectively in a complex, international environment. /li /ulh3Qualifications experience /h3ulliMaster’s degree within Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) ,



Physiscs or equivalent qualification /liliFew years of working experience and/or PhD experience within the competence field /liliGood knowledge of CFD simulations /li /ulh3Preferred (Non Mandatory) Skills /h3ulliExperience in heat exchanger design, development, or related technology roles /liliKnowledge of manufacturing processes and materials for heat exchangers. /liliExperience working in multinational or matrix organizations. /li /ulpAt Alfa Laval, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your total compensation package.
