Melia Hotels International seeks a luxury Resident Manager to lead hotel operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will report to the General Manager and oversee day‑to‑day activities across all departments in our Lombardy property.

Required: at least 2 years in luxury hotel management, fluency in English and Italian, and a Hospitality Management degree. You will lead teams, develop talent, and ensure the Gran Melia standards are consistently met.
