YOUR IMPACT
South is a mature market for EQS, and this role is about building on that foundation and accelerating growth.
Own end-to-end sales cycles across the South market, selling EQS's Compliance & Ethics & Privacy platform to mid-sized customers across Spain and Italy.
Present EQS solutions in a clear, value-oriented way, connecting product capabilities to real business outcomes.
Act as the bridge between EQS and the Spanish & Italian markets, building strong customer relationships and bringing local insights into the organization.
Operate independently in a focused market, managing pipeline, priorities, and workload with a high level of ownership.
Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive demand, strengthen market presence, and win new business.
Leverage modern sales tools and AI-supported workflows to improve efficiency, preparation, and overall sales execution.
THIS IS YOU
Experience in B2B sales, business development,



or a comparable commercial role.Strong understanding of the Italian/Spanish market, including local business culture and customer expectations.You are fluent in Spanish, English and Italian (C1/C2) with excellent communication skills.Highly driven & proactive mindset: you create opportunities rather than wait for them.Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to build trust.Structured way of working, including pipeline management and follow-up discipline.Tech-driven mindset, with curiosity for AI, automation, and new ways to improve sales effectiveness.Familiarity with sales technology like Salesforce & Gong, or similar tools.Nice to haveExperience selling SaaS, compliance, ESG, privacy, GRC, legal tech, or RegTech solutions.Experience contributing to local campaigns, events, webinars, roundtables, or market-building activities.Strong sense of ownership and excitement about helping shape the South market for EQS.
