The successful candidate will be responsible for or leading and managing the CSA team, overseeing the delivery of all construction, services, and MEP coordination works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes managing subcontractors, coordinating design and installation activities, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, supporting commercial and QA/QC processes, and driving successful project close-out and handover. /p pbResponsibilities /b /p ul liLead and manage the CSA team (supervisors, engineers, and package managers) to ensure successful delivery of all CSA scope. /li liOversee site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and Safety Team, embedding a strong culture of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental excellence. /li liCoordinate and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation of CSA works. /li liDevelop a delivery strategy for CSA work packages, supporting the commercial team in preparing scope documents and subcontract packages. /li liReview client designs, identify discrepancies or deviations from standards, and lead resolution to protect the company’s contractual and commercial interests. /li liWork closely with QA/QC teams to develop and manage site quality plans, ensuring compliance with project requirements. /li liManage day-to-day site operations, including subcontractor performance, resource allocation, and progress tracking. /li liDevelop, manage, and report on project schedules in conjunction with Planning, Project Management,
and subcontractors. /li liLiaise with the design team to prioritise and issue required construction information in line with programme demands. /li liChair and host weekly progress meetings with CSA subcontractors and ensure accurate documentation and records are maintained. /li liAttend project meetings (internal reviews, design coordination, planning, handover) and provide clear reporting to management. /li liOversee project close-out activities including punch lists, safety files, QA documentation, and handover requirements. /li liSupport commercial meetings, ensuring all variations are captured and communicated to enable accurate client change management. /li liReview drawings, setting-out information, and ensure coordination of “builders works” drawings related to MEP services. /li liPrepare and issue daily and weekly project reports. /li /ul ul liRelevant bachelor’s or master’s in construction-related degree or equivalent qualification. /li /ul ul liProven experience as a CSA Construction Manager or in a similar senior role on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience highly desirable). /li liStrong track record in managing and successfully delivering CSA work packages. /li liAbility to maintain oversight of the overall project while managing technical details. /li liExperience in project scheduling, programming, sequencing, and producing look-ahead forecasts. /li liDemonstrated success in leading and managing internal construction teams. /li liExperience delivering large-scale, fast-track, and technically complex projects. /li liExcellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills. /li /ul pOpportunity to work on Europe’s largest and most advanced data centre projects. /p pCareer growth and professional development in a fast-expanding sector. /p pCompetitive salary package. /p pSupportive, dynamic, and collaborative team culture. /p pbWinthrop Technologies Ltd. is an equal opportunities employer /b /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
