You identify problems and solve them. /p h3Tech Stack /h3 ul liAWS: Fargate, ECS, EKS, RDS Postgres, ElastiCache Redis, VPC /li liTerraform /li liDocker /li liRuby on Rails 8.1, Ruby 3.4 /li /ul pWe use Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Intercom, GitHub, and Slack daily. We ship multiple times a day with CI/CD. /p h3You Control AI, AI Doesn't Control You /h3 pWe ship faster because we use AI tools aggressively. Cursor and Claude. But you own the output. If you can't evaluate what AI produces, you're not ready for this role. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liOwn and improve observability across the entire stack: metrics, logging, alerting, dashboards. /li liArchitect and operate browser cloud infrastructure: containerized browsers, session isolation, crash recovery, autoscaling. /li liHandle websocket connections, CDP tunnels,



and TCP-level tuning for browser automation. /li liWrite and maintain Terraform for all infrastructure. Everything is code. /li liTune autoscaling, capacity planning, and cost optimization. /li liExpand to new regions as we grow. /li liExperiment with Lambdas, new cloud providers for custom scraping needs. /li liDebug production issues: memory leaks, zombie processes, network failures. /li liBuild disaster recovery and incident response runbooks. /li liWork with Linux systems, Dockerfiles, container orchestration daily. /li /ul h3This is a senior role: /h3 ul liYou've done this before at scale. /li liYou can architect systems, not just maintain them. /li liYou mentor other engineers on infrastructure best practices. /li /ul h3The Hard Parts /h3 pThis role is not for everyone. Here's what makes it hard: /p ul liThings break without warning. Proxies fail, browsers crash, cloud providers have outages. You'll debug production issues under pressure. /li liNo hand-holding. We don't assign tasks or write detailed specs. You identify problems and fix them. /li liSmall team, big scope. There's no platform team to elevate to. You own it end-to-end. /li liWritten communication is everything. Remote-first means if you can't write clearly, you'll struggle. /li liFast pace. We ship daily. /li liDeep production experience with AWS: ECS, EKS, Fargate, RDS, VPC, IAM. /li liFluent in Terraform. Everything is infrastructure as code. /li liComfortable with Linux systems, Docker, container orchestration. /li liExperience running headless browsers or similar workloads at scale (Playwright, Puppeteer, raw CDP). /li liUnderstand networking: TCP, websockets, load balancing, multi-region. /li liBuilt observability stacks that engineers actually use (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar). /li liCan debug memory leaks, zombie processes, and weird container behavior at 2am. /li liFluent in English, written and spoken. /li liBSc or higher in CS or equivalent technical field. /li /ul h3We're especially looking for: /h3 ul liExperience with browser clouds or similar high-concurrency containerized workloads. /li liMulti-region and multi-cloud experience. /li liCost optimization at scale. /li liConnection pooling experience (PgBouncer or similar). /li liUnderstanding of database sharding concepts. /li liExperience with Lambdas or serverless for specific workloads. /li liTLS fingerprinting, CDP internals, or browser automation depth. /li /ul h3What We Look For /h3 pSpecific examples, not generic claims.
