Construction Project Manager
Pubblicato il 21-10-2026 - Street Smash Burgers in Bardi
Street Smash Burgers was born in Lisbon in **** with a simple idea: going back to the roots of the burger with quality product and the smash technique. 100% beef, an open kitchen and a casual, authentic atmosphere. Today we're growing across nearly 40 restaurants in 4 countries, and we're looking for people with the drive to learn, energy and rhythm to grow with us.
The role
You'll own every new Street opening in Italy, from lease signing to handover to Operations. Planning, tender, budget and site: on the agreed date and CAPEX.
What you'll do
Run several fit-out projects at once (civil works, MEP, extraction, equipment), from technical survey to handover.
Launch tenders, compare offers and negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
Control CAPEX per project and flag deviations early.
Own construction milestones in the opening retroplanning and keep dates up to date.
Coordinate permits and technical constraints with architects and engineers (SCIA, ASL, fire, smoke extraction, landlord requirements).
Supervise sites on the ground: quality, safety,
progress and punch list.
Work with Operations, Supply Chain, IT and Marketing so each store opens fully ready, and document as-builts and lessons learned.
