Overview In this role you drive the end-to-end delivery of Payments services, bridging Business and IT to translate needs into effective solutions. You lead governance, ensure timely, compliant releases, and coordinate internal teams with external vendors. You contribute to business-critical initiatives within the cruise context, balancing security and quality with operational effectiveness.

You will work in a cross-functional, international setting to deliver value that aligns with Costa's mission of guest happiness.
