International Sales Representative

· Key Responsibilities

Achieve territory sales targets for the CE-marked transcatheter tricuspid valve repair system in assigned European markets.

· Identify, qualify and develop target heart centers; build and maintain relationships with structural heart teams (interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, imaging specialists, OR managers, hospital procurement).

· Provide pre-, intra- and post-case clinical support: coordinate first-in-human / early cases with proctors, ensure smooth case execution and drive adoption through case volume growth.

· Develop a regional KOL network: support advisory boards, physician training, live cases and cadaver workshops.

· Present and demonstrate the product at major congresses (EuroPCR, PCR London Valves, CSC, CTBC, HRS/EHRA as relevant) and local meetings.

· Manage distributor / agent partners where applicable: onboarding, training, pipeline review and sell-through management.

· Collect market intelligence: competitor activity (e.g., TriClip, PASCAL-AS and other TTVr platforms),



reimbursement pathways, tender and procurement processes.

· Maintain accurate CRM pipeline reporting and forecasting; work cross-functionally with RA, clinical affairs, marketing and supply chain.

· Strictly follow applicable laws and codes: EU MDR, in-country medical device advertising rules, anti-bribery / anti-corruption policies and hospital interaction compliance.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or above (life sciences, engineering, medicine or related; Master's a plus).

· Minimum 1-5 years of direct medical device sales experience; interventional cardiology, structural heart, electrophysiology or implantable device background strongly preferred.

· Demonstrated experience selling capital equipment and disposables in a cath-lab / hybrid-OR environment; familiarity with case-based (procedure-driven) sales models.
