/ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /pulliSupport the planning, coordination and monitoring of HR projects /liliCollaborate with different corporate functions in the management of cross-functional initiatives /liliPrepare analyses, reports and presentations to support management /liliMonitor KPIs and project progress, identifying potential areas for improvement /liliSupport Compensation Benefits activities and projects /liliEnsure compliance with project timelines and milestones /liliContribute to the optimization and digitalization of HR processes /liliManage the collection,
