ph3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitoring the quality of error reports from the service department, including their systematic evaluation and analysis /li liOversight of the handling of service-related complaints using the 8D methodology /li liTraining service staff on quality-related topics and specific customer requirements /li liProviding operational support to service personnel in managing customer complaints /li liActive involvement in the continuous development of products and the optimization of business processes /li liAssisting in the creation and maintenance of service instructions /li /ul h3Your Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liGraduation from a technical high school or a degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable field /li liSeveral years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry /li liKnowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (e.g., 8D, process approval, statistical process control) /li liFamiliarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, the 7 types of waste, PDCA)
