Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisorfor a majorEPC contract(Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning) for thenew construction of electrical substationswithin the National Transmission Grid. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out in compliance with the instructions received, within the established timelines, and in adherence to the company’s quality and safety standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Direct supervision of workers and operational organization of the site;
- Daily monitoring to ensure compliance with the Site Manager’s directives and safety regulations;
- Intervention in case of non-compliant behavior by providing instructions and, if necessary, temporarily suspending activities;
- Reporting non-conformities to superiors, particularly deficiencies in equipment, tools, or hazardous conditions;
- Effective coordination of activities in compliance with the obligations set out in Article 19 of Legislative Decree 81/2008;
- Communication and collaboration with workers, the Site Manager, and other involved parties.





PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in site management, preferably in network infrastructure and/or public works.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- Preposto (Supervisor) training certification;
- First Aid and Emergency Management training certification;
- General and Specific Safety Training certification.

WORK LOCATION

The primary work location is in Ginosa Marina (TA); travel to the main headquarters in Sant'Anastasia (NA) is expected approximately every 15 days, if necessary.
