For an international company, we are looking for a Merchandising Manager to develop and optimize merchandising strategies within a dynamic multi-brand retail environment, driving commercial performance and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales performance, market trends and competitor activity to develop effective merchandising strategies.
Manage buying activities and replenishment planning, ensuring product availability and optimal stock levels.
Contribute to defining and optimizing the brand portfolio and product assortment across multiple categories.
Optimize retail space allocation and category planning to maximize sales productivity and enhance the customer experience.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and business analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Work closely with Retail Operations and cross-functional teams to improve retail performance and the overall customer experience.
Requirements
6–7 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying or Retail Management,



preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
Experience in a multi-brand retail environment, managing different brands and product categories.
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with solid experience in sales analysis, inventory management and replenishment planning.
Ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English.

The salary range for this position is 70k-75k
