Belmond Ltd. is seeking a Sous Chef for Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, a Belmond Train, to lead the culinary brigade and support the Executive Chef aboard one of the world’s most iconic luxury trains.

You will oversee kitchen operations, mentor the brigade, and ensure dishes meet the highest quality, presentation, and consistency standards across journeys. Fluency in English is required; travel across Europe is expected.
