We are looking for a night receptionist to join our team and stay with us year-round. We require flexibility and a willingness to work night shifts.

Your Profile:

- Good knowledge of Italian, English, and German
- Work experience and/or a willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills

Your Responsibilities:

- Assisting guests and managing the front desk: handling check-in and check-out during the night,
- Responding to inquiries and phone calls, managing room access keys.
- Security: Ensuring the hotel’s security, monitoring entrances and exits,
- handling alarms and responding quickly to emergencies.
- Daily closing of the bar and the management system (Protel).
- Maintaining quiet hours: Ensuring peace and quiet and resolving conflicts between guests.
- Ensuring smooth operations at the hotel and the safety of guests during nighttime hours.
