pTo strengthen our Advisory Business Unit, we are looking for a Scrum Master.

/ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliFacilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective and Backlog Refinement.
/liliSupport the Product Owner and team in maintaining clear Sprint objectives, priorities and deliverables.
/liliProactively identify and help resolve impediments, blockers, risks and dependencies.
/liliDrive delivery transparency, team accountability and effective use of Agile ways of working.
/liliFacilitate collaboration between Product, development teams and relevant stakeholders.
/liliSupport backlog refinement, Sprint preparation and delivery follow-up.
/liliDrive continuous improvement and follow through on agreed actions.
/liliCoordinate effectively across international and distributed teams.
/li /ulh3Skills Qualifications /h3ulliStrong hands?on experience with Scrum / Agile delivery in software development environments.
/liliExperience supporting Product Owners and cross?functional development teams.
/liliStrong knowledge of Sprint delivery, backlog refinement, impediment management and risk/dependency management.
/liliStrong Jira / Confluence experience.
/liliComfortable interacting with technical teams and understanding software delivery topics.
/liliStrong facilitation,



communication and stakeholder?management skills.
/liliExperience with international / distributed teams.
/liliProactive, pragmatic and delivery?oriented mindset.
/liliFluent English.
/liliExperience:5 years of relevant experience.
/li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ulliInsurance or financial?services experience.
/liliExperience in large?scale digital transformation environments.
/liliExposure to PI Planning / scaled Agile delivery.
/liliExperience with offshore development teams.
/liliGerman or another European language.
