Overview In this role you will drive SSCB offerings within ABB's energy transition initiatives. You'll translate market needs into product specs and guide the offer lifecycle from development to pricing and profitability. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams in an Agile setup to deliver value and support customers and sales on technical topics. This is a chance to impact large‐scale electrical solutions for data centers and industry while growing with a global leader.

Responsabilità
- Analyze customer applications to define product features
- Evaluate market size, trends, and competitors to identify gaps
- Capture market requirements and translate them into SSCB portfolio developments
- Manage technical specifications and contribute to business case development
- Support customers and sales on SSCB technical topics




- Oversee product ecosystem including master data and reference tools
- Work in an Agile team to deliver incremental value

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Management, or related)
- Knowledge of power electronics technologies
- Ability to work in cross‐functional international teams
- Proficiency in English communication
- Genuine interest in electrical products and technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
- Results‐oriented with an innovation focus
- Curiosity and willingness to continuous learning
- Familiarity with Agile methodology (plus)
- Knowledge of low/medium voltage switchgear or circuit breaker technology (plus)
- Product management or engineering experience in electrical/industrial sector (plus)
