Job Summary

As an Exception , Inc.,



you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders and logistics by identifying, analyzing, and resolving various exceptions that occur within our complex supply chain and operational systems.

Job Responsibilities\* Monitor real-time dashboards and reports to proactively identify emerging exceptions in order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery processes.\* Investigate the root cause of identified exceptions, which may include data discrepancies, system errors, logistical delays, or customer issues.\* Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, warehouse operations, customer service, and IT teams to gather information and implement effective solutions.\* Develop and execute immediate recovery plans for critical exceptions to minimize disruption and maintain service level agreements.\* Document exception details, resolution steps, and impact for future reference and process improvement.\* Analyze recurring exception patterns and contribute to the development of preventative measures and system enhancements.\* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and, when necessary, external partners regarding exception status and resolution.\* Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to data handling and operational protocols.

Job Qualifications\* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\* 1-3 years of experience in an operations support, logistics, or supply chain role, preferably with a focus on exception handling.\* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions under pressure.\* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,



with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.\* Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and logistics management software.\* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.\* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.\* Flexibility to work varying shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, or holidays, as per operational needs.*At JINGDONG Logistics, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
