pJob Title : Team Leaderbr/General Summary : Under guidance from Production Supervisor will be responsible forbr/coordinating, monitoring, supervising and executing the activities of one or morebr/production areas.
Assists in the development of departmental personnel to enhance skills,br/improve responsiveness.
/p h3Duties Responsibilities : /h3 ul liEnsures that departmental goals are achieved by communicating establishedbr/objectives.
/li liCommunicates overall organizational directives.
Maximizes employee participationbr/to achieve the desired team approach.
/li liEnsures that employees are at work on time, actively engaged in their assignedbr/departments and conforming to established safety regulations.
/li liEnsures that all company policies are followed.
/li liProvides immediate performance feed back, assisting in short-term resolution ofbr/emergency situations (e.g., injuries), safety issues, attendance issues, conduct,br/etc.
/li liProvides input to Production Supervisor for reporting reasons onbr/manufacturing/production, employee performance/conduct and process flow.




/li liEnsure that time and attendance for assigned employees is accurate in databr/collection system.
/li liWill need to be able to handle multiple responsibilities at one time and must be ablebr/to deal effectively with people using a facilitative approach.
/li liWorks with Production Supervisor to ensure that departmental goals are achieved.
/li liReceives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meetbr/objectives.
/li /ul h3Qualification : /h3 pDiploma/Bachelor's in related curriculum such as Mechanicalbr/,Electrical or Electronics or ETC Engineering /p h3Experience : /h3 p4 Years of Related Experience /p h3Skills Required : /h3 pInclude demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, interpersonal skills.
/p pSkill – Preferred proficiency in SAP as it relates to time and attendance, material transactions, etc.
/p pKnowledge – High level of skill and knowledge in manufacturing/production operations with demonstrated ability to function in a leadership role.
Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
