We're now looking for a Professional Services Specialist to join our Customer Success team in Florence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and playing a key role in bringing innovative technology solutions to life. What You'll Be Doing As a Professional Services Specialist, you'll support customers throughout their implementation journey, helping ensure a smooth transition from solution design through to successful service adoption. You'll work closely with customers, engineering teams, project managers, and support specialists to deliver high-quality technical solutions and an exceptional customer experience. Leading customer onboarding, implementation, and deployment activities. Understanding customer requirements and translating business needs into practical technical solutions. Configuring and customising products, platforms, and applications to meet customer expectations. Setting up and maintaining customer laboratories, demo environments, and trade show demonstrations. Supporting customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product introductions, enhancements, and ongoing improvements.
Assisting with pilot installations, local deployments, certifications, and technical rollouts. Delivering customer education, guidance, and system configuration support. Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and implementation reports. Supporting Network Operations Centre (NOC) activities, monitoring central applications, and assisting customers with proactive system management. Managing product localisation activities, including translations, master data, images, and customer-specific customisations. Contributing to the development of standardised service processes and best practices. We're looking for someone who combines technical capability with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You'll ideally have:
· Experience working with Windows-based IT environments. NET and SQL Understanding of the fuel retail, forecourt, or petroleum industry would be beneficial. Strong spoken and written English skills. Italian language skills; Spanish would be an additional advantage. A flexible and adaptable approach to changing environments and customer needs. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including active listening and empathy. Who You'll Work With This role offers significant collaboration across the business.
